    Neither does Darryl Hammins.
Who else besides me likes Wil Fortay?

    What about Keenon Tomson?

He hasn't been the same since Fyness Misshel left.

At least they both lasted longer than Deen Eddwords.

All right, enough of that now.

Favorite ever: Not really sure I could pick just one. I guess I'll go with Dana Carvey though.

Favorite now: Will Forte. Hader is pretty good too. It's time to exit Hammond, Rudolph, and Thompson.

All Time Favorite: Will Ferrell (male) & Molly Shannon (female)

Current Favorites - Honestly, I like five of the current male castmembers:

Bill Hader (Everybody should know that he's my number one favorite)

Jason Sudeikis (He's awesomely funny, and was on another tv show to boot.)

Will Forte (His WU commentaries are HEEEELARIOUS!!!!!!)

Andy Samberg (I wonder what Mel would say)

Seth Meyers (I always liked Seth. I honestly never ever expected him to be on WU EVER!!!)

    Current Female Favorite: Kristen Wiig

They seriously need more females in the cast to even things out. That's just my opinion.

I'm not opposed to the idea, but SNL has always had three or four women in the cast, or roughly one female for every two males. It looks like Maya's not leaving after all (or at least milking one more year out of the show), so I don't think they'll be hiring more this summer.

Kristen Wiig is also a great member- she'd be my second-present-favorite. If that makes any sense.

If you don't know if you're leaving for good, you shouldn't get an episode like that.

Maya was fine until this season, where her schtick just became a drag on the rest of the show. Given the choice between seeing Sanz as Carol or her Whitney Houston impression, I'd go with Carol. At least Carol had some semblance of a point to it.

    And all that singing. Ugh!

Maya in her Oprah voice: "Well I've been thinking about it, and I've decided I'm COMING BACK FOR ANOTHER SEASON!!!!!"

Amy with arms folded: "You had your send-off show. You're leaving."

    Maya: "What?...."

    Amy: "You're done."

I think it's starting to get really sad that people are hanging on to SNL longer than ever because they don't have the goods to start off a movie career. "You've graduated high school 3 years ago. Stop hanging around the gym!!"

Especially when they know Lorne won't drop them himself.

HA! HA! Very funny Stu I believe I failed to mention the fact that Andy is my fourth favorite out of the current male castmembers. (Look closely at the list I made) You and everybody here should know (and d@mn well too) that Bill is (and probably always will be) my current favorite. I'm gonna be so royally p!$$ed if he's not back next season. (I bet Mel would be the same way if Andy didn't come back) Although I don't think I (or Mel) have anything to worry about, you never know what those twisted minds at NBC could possibly come up with. (NO MORE BUDGET CUTS!!!!! )

I really don't think you have anything to worry about; as I mentioned in another thread, it looks like last year's cast is staying intact for Year 33 (nobody lost, nobody gained).

...which of course means no improvement. The season finale was ruined thanks it to being The Maya Rudolph Show. Seriously, if she doesn't leave, she is one stuck-up self-absorbed *****. I'm disappointed, to say the least.

I wouldn't mind if the cast stayed the same, as the cast members not named Maya or Darrell have all held their own and provided some good performances. I'm more curious about what's happening to the writing staff, as that was last season's week point. Each episode felt as if it was a genuine struggle for them to fill ninety minutes of show time. I'd go so far as to say the writing's the weakest it's been since Year 20.
