I'm sorry to hear that. I hope he gets better and recovers. He's one of SNL's greatest hosts: Stunt Baby (and its sequel, Stunt Puppy), the various 'Samurai' sketches, 'Uncle Roy', 'The Ointment' all made great by or with Henry's help.

I guess this means he won't be making anymore appearances on "The Daily Show" with the Buck Stops Here.

But that does open up the possibility for a new segment, "This Week in Cancer."

So? Jake Gyllenhaal is straight, too. I think the point of the survey was to select famous heteros that gays find attractive.

    I think so too.

Though I was surprised Tina is seen as the hottest. Maybe cause she is seen as an intellectual. (Wait is she, or is it just the glasses)

Nothing to do with SNL, other than we recently (March) impersonated him, and Brian Williams seemed close to him, but Tim Russert died unexpectedly today of a heart attack.

I was watching the news coverage on MSNBC; it was kinda weird watching Tom Brokaw and Keith Olbermann fighting back the tears.

An index of Darrell Hammond's Tim Russert impression: http://snl.jt.org/imp.php?i=1744. He will certainly be missed.

He did ads for Pizza Hut a few years back. Well, better this than "Celebrity Circus."

I caught a preview of it on MySpace. I'll be honest with you, Carvey's still got it. I wish I could call it a comeback, though...

man, it was hilarious. Like for instance, he was talking about how kids were growing faster than his generation did, and he said he was just a little Mickey Mouse, and his impression for Mick was hilarious! There were so many good quotes.

And yeah, I don't think it's a comeback just yet. I think he came out of movie making for his kids/family. Can't blame him for that.

Or because nobody wanted to hire him. Either way...

Regardless if you're funny or not, if you can't carry a hit movie, people are gonna stop calling you. Granted, Carvey had the "Wayne's World" movies, but they were far more beneficial to the career of Mike Myers.
