In the "Nicotrel" sketch, when Nick Cotrell (The Rock) picks up the smoker (Chris Parnell) and throws him out the window, there are two mistakes: 1) You can tell that the dummy doesn't look like Chris Parnell, and 2) One of the dummy's shoe falls off before it can be thrown out the window, but when the smoker comes back in through the window, the smoker has both of his shoes on.

During the "Boston Teens" sketch, Jimmy Fallon almost breaks character as Ben Affleck repeatedly says "bro".

The Charlie Rose parody opens with an outdated PBS animation that had not been in use after 1984, long before Charlie Rose got his start on PBS.

The login ID during the "Nick Burns" skit changed twice. Nick said it was BradfordCompany/Last Name.First Name in the beginning of the sketch. But towards the end of the skit, when Jamie's character Andy repeated it, he said that is was BradfordCompany/First Name. /Last Name. Was this a mistake the writers made, but didn't notice? The ID did make a change. Why didn't Nick catch this, since there is an obvious difference?

An unidentified loud bang is heard during the beginning of the cold opening; Darrell Hammond reacts by breaking character and quickly glancing to the side.

During WU, Colin Quinn interrupts a joke to ad-lib "God bless you" after a sneeze is heard in the audience. When he finishes the joke, he makes a tissue gesture at the audience member.

On "Weekend Update", as the punchline to a joke pertaining to TV Guide's decision to not list reruns, Colin Quinn suggests watching next week's show, which will be hosted by Fran Tarkenton with musical guest Leon Redbone. In his one appearance on SNL, Tarkenton hosted with Leo Sayer as the musical guest, and Redbone was musical guest in episodes hosted by Elliott Gould, Buck Henry, and Bruce Dern. Tarkenton and Redbone never appeared together on SNL.
