    5.1
The episode opens up with Belding announcing that there will be a new karate class starting at Bayside. The gang all join but get in too deep thinking it was going to be a breeze. After the headmaster/sensai/etc. owns the first couple of people Nicky takes a shot at him. Having been a star wrestler, Nicky thinks its going to be a piece of cake to beat this dude. Unfortunately and hilariously he gets owned with the quickness and walks away dejected. Next up is Maria and to the shock of everyone, she arm flips the headmaster dude. He sees great potential in her and asks her to be in a karate tournament to which she obliges. Later on at The Max while Nicky is away getting a drink for Maria some scumbag named Dirk starts harassing Maria. Nicky confronts the mohawk rocking freak named Dirt (i mean Dirk) and tells him to piss off. Dirk responds by pusing Nicky in the chest area that could best be described as a love tap...LOL. Before Nicky even gets a chance to fight back, Maria flips the prag over a table and onto the floor. Then you get the typical nerd comment that goes along the lines of "hey man youre lucky you have a girlfriend who can beat people up." Throughout the rest of the episode Nicky seems real distant, with no help from his friends who end up cracking jokes about him needing a girl to do his fighting, etc. Some friends (*sarcasm*). Maria decides to drop out of the karate competition to Nickys pleasant surprise but then she starts acting a little too girly girly to the point of annoyingness to which he even notices. The storyline ends with Maria saying the hell with it, shes going to compete, and the balls in Nickys court as to if hes down with her or not. As the match begins Nicky walks in and starts cheering Maria on which brings a smile to Marias face. She kicks her opponents ass and all is well in Maria/Nicky land.

Ill make the other two plotlines short and sweet. Katie is afraid of being alone at night so her friends make her an actual dummy to act as her protector. She brings it to school, The Max, etc. Its not only strange but embarassing. Then suddenly one day that same scumduck Dirk that hit on Maria hits on Katie and she straight up blows his spot up in front of the entire gymnasium. She realizes she doesnt need the dummy anymore and gets rid of it. The final storyline has to do with Screech setting up traps among other things so that no one can rob Beldings office. He mistakedly thinks someone stole Beldings computer when in actuality Belding had it brought to the computer store to get fixed. The f'n nutjob gets even more crazier setting bear traps and ceiling nets until the net catches the computer repair man returning the computer. Belding gives Scratch his 1,265th talk about being a f' up and tells him to make sure it never happens again. Boy i wish i had a boss like Belding because then itd take a serious crime for me to have a shot of getting fired.

All in all a recycled storyline from the original series. The episode was titled "Hold Me Tight" and it featured a female wrestler that saved Zacks ass from a bully by knocking the bully down and out. Zack gets all uncomfortable with having to be saved by a woman and the story progresses similiar to how it did in this episode. Because of that blaintant rip off along with the other two beyond dumb storylines this episode had, i gotta rank it as really, really bad.moreless
