  • This series did not end here...

    5.0
After Belding left and Screech was the only faculty left behind in Bayside, they should not end the series here. Screech was made the new principal of Bayside and if there was a Season 8 of this show, the series should end when 1) Screech finds a new woman to love, 2) Screech becomes richer, 3) Screech and that new woman get married 4) Screech leaves Bayside and moves to new job location with his new wife and 5) Belding returns to Bayside being a principal again.moreless
  • Its the end of the road for the gang as graduation gets closer. The guys stain the graduation gowns and have to cover up their mess. Meanwhile disaster strikes and Katie's financial aid wont go through so she has to stay in Cali while Nicky debates NY.moreless

The episode starts off with the gang overjoyed that theyve just taken their last finals. Unfortunately some bad news hits when Katie got declined for a full scholarship to her college choice in New York putting a dent in her and Nickys plans to go to college together in New York City, with Nicky going to NYU. Also the news hits that Belding has made his final decision and will be leaving Bayside for a job as a dean at a college in Tennessee. Screech like the little tulip that he is, gets heart broken that his butt buddy Belding wont be around anymore. Its mad late so im going to have to wrap this review up quick. So basically Katie tries to break up with Nicky after Nicky said he'd drop NYU for a California college to be with her, although NYU is his dream. Nicky finds out through Liz that Katie broke up with him to get him to go to NYU and although it was a noble gesture on her part, it was still stupid IMO. Nicky eventually decides to go to NYU anyway. The gang wants to make their graduation memorable to Belding since its the last one he'll ever be principal at Bayside for, so they wear a number "68" patch on the sleeve of the gown to commemorate his graduating year of 1968. In typical SBTB fashion the guys mess up washing the gowns and make them look like tie-dye gowns so luckily Belding thinks it was done for him to further honor his graduating year oif 1968 when that busted ass tie-dye crap was popular...LOL. The episode ends with each member of the gang getting their diplomas, followed by them singing the school song that was written by Screech in the original SBTB episode titled "School Song." Ill keep writing reviews on The New Class but i figured ive done so many that i might as well do the graduation one even though its not in the same league as the original SBTB's gradution episode.moreless
