  • Plot was good, acting sucked.

    8.5
Well this episode was very cringe wprthy and painful to watch because the acting totally sucked! Especially Slater, theres a difference between acting and the real thing, and his flaws were really noticeable, he even tried to cry which he failed to do, another thing was sad, was that the lizard died and everyone lied to Slater, what kind of friends are they really? Slater had every right to be obnoxious and mad, the funeral at the end was really sad, And funny at the same time, "Oh Arty boy!" I loved that song lol. A good plot, but the acting could of used a little work.moreless

    • Zack: (about Artie) Maybe he's not dead, maybe he's just bored stiff.
(Screech touches Artie for a reaction, then pounds the box)
Screech: Nope, he's as stiff as a board.

    • Coach Rizzo: (on the brink of tears) I never knew Artie. I saw him once, but we didn't converse. However, if I had known him, I would've missed him. I'm makin' a donation to Save The Reptiles in Artie's name, huh? (then shakes hands with Mr. Belding)

    • Jessie: (singing) Oh Artie boy, the bugs, the bugs, are buzzing. There's gnats and ants, mostquitoes on the fly. And there'll be bugs for breakfast lunch and dinner in that big chameleon banquet in the sky.

  • NOTES (1)

  • ALLUSIONS (1)

    • Coach Rizzo mentions the Save the Reptile Foundation. This is an allusion to the Save the Whale Foundation that is managed by Greenpeace.
