Zack goes on four separate dates, set up by his friends, to the movies. By the sound effects heard it is obviously the same movie. The fourth is with an African American girl named Terri, who works out at Slater's gym. Though cut out of the syndicated and DVD versions of this episode, the date can be seen in the season 4 episode Isn't It Romantic.
Jessie: She doesn't even care about what she did to Zack!
Slater: Yeah, and now she expects us to hang out with that frat boy babe stealer.
Slater: You know Zack, like my uncle Charlie used to say, "Women are like vines. If you fall off one, you can swing with another."
Jessie: You know you're not just a pig, you're a gorilla pig.
Slater: Look, Preppy, you can't just spend the rest of your life in your room.
Screech: Well, I don't know, Slater. It's a pretty nice room.
Screech: (to Jeff) Well, even though I'm supposed to hate you cause you stole my best friend's woman, I guess you're not a sleezeball after all.
Mr. Belding: Zack, this is not your bedroom. Clean this mess up!
Zack: Why don't you clean it yourself?
Mr. Belding: In my office, now!
Zack takes Kimberly on at date at The Max, and the song he chooses to dance with her with is the same one he and Kelly danced to in the season 2 episode, "The Prom".
This episode is the continuation and conclusion of the previous episode 'The Last Dance', although it has a different title and doesn't have clippings from the previous episode prior to its continuation.
The set for Lisa's house (as seen during her sweet-sixteen party) is the same set as was used for Screech's house in the episode "The House Party."
Zack's scenes in the intro are taken from this episode in green sweater at Lisa's Sweet Sixteen party.
Keeping with tradition, the sound effects heard during the movie at the theater are the same ones heard in nearly all movies during the series: screeching car tires, gun shots, woman screams.
