  • One minute Grace and Ham are in the throws of passion, the next they're yards away from a murdered co-worker.

OK. I don't know what it is about this show, but I would sit through COMMERCIALS (if I had to) to watch it. Whoever is credited for casting Holly Hunter (and just about everyone else--even the guest stars!) should be given daily, no, hourly praises. Maybe it's the lack of overdone beautiful people, or the lack of beautiful people acting badly, but SAVING GRACE takes us "real folks" into its world (under its wing?) like we're its long lost friends, whispers sweet nothings into our ears, makes us laugh, want to meet a real Earl, and maybe even have a beer. Oh, and they fight crime/solve murders, blah-blah-blah. God bless Anna Darko in all her messy, messed up glory. PS: Earl, I love you.moreless

  • A very good episode.

I am not a real fan of this show. I usually find it to be okay and tolerable. This was possibly the best episode of the series to date. I found the story of to be well written. I was entertained by this episode from the beginning to the end. We learned more about the commanding officer and this created a storyline to go into the future.

I hope the Stephen Culp will be returning for future episodes, especially because he is now having a relationship with a main character. If the show was able to bring in this quality of episodes on a more regular basis, I would be much more satisfied with the show.moreless

This was an interesting episode. I couldn't believe the wife killed her husband because she couldn't stand the thought of staying with him all the time after he retired. I thought that was pretty funny. All the woman wanted was a dog, which i also found funny. She was obviously a little slow or disturbed. The team could not arrest her for her husband's murder yet, but Grace is assured they will eventually find evidence to indicate her. So Earl is taking Leon out to play guitar and hang out at the bar. I was thinking it was only in their dreams, but at the end Grace goes to the bar and sees Earl and Leon there, so i was a little confused. Grace and Ham's little episode in the male bathroom at the bar was comical. Ham running out like a mummy with toilet paper around his head was pretty comical. Seeing the toilet seat in the office just made it more funny. So the captain was in a pretty bad mood this episode. Grace's comment about the pillow talk with IAB has me wondering if the captain is sleeping with one of them. What made me think even more about it was when the captain showed up at the crime scene all dressed up. She was not very happy. Great episode as usual, can't wait for the next one.moreless
