Full Episode Summary

Omizu is Culture: It’s the first day of the Cultural Festival! Class 2-C is doing a café under the title "Café Rumble", where customers can order a drink and a girl to cater for them. But not all is well for 2-C. Firstly, Tenma is the only 2-C girl that hasn’t been requested to cater for a customer. Most of all, almost every one of their customers are going to the Tea Club’s Café. What could the Tea Club possibly have that Class 2-C doesn’t? Why, a Cosplay attraction, of course!

Manga is Culture: Harima is feeling down in the dumps, thinking that his manga entry for the Rookie Manga Contest didn’t make it after all. So, Yakumo tries to lift Harima’s spirit up by cosplaying as a manga-ka in Tokiha-sou, "the Holy Land of Manga".

Cake is also Culture: 2-C is celebrating a job well done after the first day of the Cultural Festival. Today also happens to be Karasuma’s birthday! To celebrate, Tenma baked a cake earlier for him, with Karasuma’s name being on the cake. On the other hand, Yakumo baked a cake for Harima, with Harima’s name on the cake. Tenma takes both of the cakes to celebrate with the rest of the class. When she sets one of the cakes aside, Harima accidentally damages it, with only the “ma” left on top of the cake. But which “ma” does it refer to: Harima, Karasuma, or someone else? This misunderstanding is truly the icing on the cake.

Earlier during the Fair, Shuuji, Harima’s little brother, and Mio, who secretly has a crush on Shuuji, arrive. Mio is interested in meeting this “Tsukamoto” that Shuuji is always talking about. She ends up thinking that the Tsukamoto that Shuuji likes is the Dozibiron-mask-wearing Tenma, unaware that Shuuji meant Yakumo. Mio eventually meets Yakumo herself and receives helpful advice from her.
