When the gang capture the gremlin and are about to unmask him, Shaggy can be briefly be seen in his regular clothes instead of his stunt outfit. When Daphne unmasks the villain in the closeup, the sleeve is from her purple dress instead of her stunt outfit as well.
How are Scooby, Shaggy, Scrappy, and Daphne able to talk underwater without gurgling?
Shaggy is just wearing swimtrunks when he and Scooby go surfing. After the two are chased back to the beach by the giant shark, Shaggy somehow is seen with his regular clothes without so much as changing.
When the group is awakened to by the noise outside, Shaggy is wearing all-green pajamas. When they go outside to investigate, the pants parts of the PJs are maroon. Daphne is also wearing a nightgown as they go outside, as well as Scooby and Scrappy wearing their own PJs. When the villagers accuse Scooby of stealing the sheep and pursue the gang, they decide to go out the back way to avoid them. No sooner than they do this are the dogs without their PJs and Daphne and Shaggy are instantly in their regular clothes.
It's rather strange at the end of this short, the Mystery Machine is set adrift in outer space and the group is confident they'll be able to get back to Earth though they're millions of kilometers away from the planet. And exactly why was a parachute needed anyway? There's no wind in space and it's doubtful the Mystery Machine is spaceworthy to begin with. The oxygen certainly would have run out for sure.
Among the various items the aliens collected on their scavenger hunt are a pair of pants, which they're able to conveniently zap from Shaggy as he runs away from them. Somehow, he's able to get an exact replacement pair after he jumps into the bushes.
A shrunken Shaggy, Scooby, and Scrappy each wear springs in an effort to get to the shrink ray. Scooby is captured by the evil scientist and loses his spring in the process. When Shag and Scrappy bounce into action to rescue him, the next shot has Scooby wearing the same spring he previously lost.
The evil scientist enlarges the Mystery Machine before the shrunken Shaggy, Scooby, and Scrappy spring into action to stop him. However, after they capture him, they tie him up and drag him on a dolly tied along with the Mystery Machine which is still shrunken even though it was previously restored to normal size.
Scooby, Shaggy, and Scrappy were wearing gypsy disguises before they were changed into two giant chickens and a little lion, respectively. After they retrieved the amulet, they were changed back, but with Shaggy in his standard green shirt and maroon pants and the dogs with just their collars.
Surely one of the lamest episodes here, how is it that an extended steam session changes Scooby and Shaggy into babies? And when they change back near the end, Shaggy's clothes magically reappear after wearing little more than a diaper. It would have been more amusing to see him still in the diaper upon getting back to his normal age.
The animators forgot to dress Scooby, Shaggy, and Scrappy in winter clothes during the outdoor scenes.
Only from the neck down does Shaggy look like a frog when the witch changes him. His face looks the same save for the fact it and his hair have a green tint (Frogs don't actually have hair, do they?). And how is it that the ghost is able to change into a frog as well? The witch's magic really should have passed through him.
The animators once again forgot to put winter clothes on Shaggy, Scooby-Doo, and Scrappy-Doo, during the outdoor scenes.
This episode ends with the credits for the original series.
