    FILTER BY TYPE

    • TRIVIA (1)

      • Linda Cardellini, who voices the Hot Dog Water Girl is better known for portraying Velma in the live-action movies Scooby-Doo (2002) and Scooby-Doo 2: Monsters Unleashed (2004). This also makes her the second member of the live-action movies cast to voice a character in a Scooby-Doo show, being Matthew Lillard, who voices Shaggy the first to ever do this.

    • QUOTES (0)

    • NOTES (2)

      • The battle between the Red Wizard and the White Wizard in downtown Crystal Cove mirrors some aspects of the final battle between Neo and Agent Smith in the 2003 movie The Matrix Revolutions.

      • The devices that Mr. Wang (aka The White Wizard) uses in order to fight and shoot lightning bolts out of his hands are very similar in design and function to the retrothrust jets in Iron Man's Mark III armor in the movie Iron Man (2008), starring Robert Downey Jr., Terrence Howard, Jeff Bridges and Gwyneth Paltrow.

    • ALLUSIONS (2)

      • Mandarin

The White Wizard is slightly modeled after the Mandarin, one of Iron Man's most dangerous and deadliest enemies, for they both share a common characteristic: they both wear rings that grant them special powers.

      • Gremlins

In the pawn shop in Macau where the last of the Dragon rings is, there is a little pet animal in a cage which resembles a Mogwai, a fictional animal that appears in the 1984 horror comedy film Gremlins, and its sequel Gremlins 2: The New Batch.
