How does Shaggy know the combination to the vault when Freddy isn't reading them off like he said he would?
Would the Miner 49er really have thought that there was an actual train in a small mineshaft?
We see Fred covered head to toe in flour after he falls through the floor boards, but a few seconds later, he is totally cleaned off and not a speck on him!
In one scene, Freddy's head turns all the way around. Only owls have that type of neck bone that enables them to move their head all the way around.
At one scene (when Hank tells them about the ghost), Velma has on lipstick for a while!
Fred: Ok, Shaggy. You work on the combination as I read off the numbers.
Shaggy: Ok, but I need a moment to warm up. Now, I must have absolute quiet while I work. (Shaggy starts fiddling with the lock on the safe)
Fred: Oh, Shaggy. Shaggy! I have the combination, just turn the knob to the right.
Shaggy: Well why didn't you say so?!
Shaggy: I've seen enough! Let's go back!
Fred: Not until we walk around the ghost town and see what we can find.
Shaggy: Like I know what we'll find.
Reason: He was trying to scare off his employer so he could buy land cheap for the oil underneath.
We can see a hint that Shaggy likes trains in this episode: He makes train noises.
Miner 49er appeared in Scooby-Doo 2: Monsters Unleashed.
