  • NOTES (3)

    • The animation is now in a different format, with a darker, more realistic look similar to Scooby-Doo on Zombie Island, and the characters are now in their original outfits and designs from the 1969 series.

    • This is one of the only Scooby Doo movies to not feature the villain (at both the beginning and the ending of the film) saying 'And I would've gotten away with it too, if it weren't for you meddling kids and that darn mutt!'

    • When in the library, searching for clues as to how to stop the gryphon, the gang and Madelyn gathers around in a way similar to the scene in the first episode of "Scooby-Doo Where Are You?", "What a Night for a Knight", where the gang finds out about the legend of the Black Knight, which has also become one of the gang's best known trademark images.
