While Scooby takes a bath, he slips down a trapdoor into the basement, onto a pile of dirty, coal-like rocks, and into the path of a phantom. He can't get anyone to believe what happened -- even though he had to have been covered in dirt and/or soot.
Scooby's tag changes back and forth from yellow and blue to just yellow throughout this episode.
In the scene when Shaggy and Scooby have just rescued Fred from the hook, the gang is standing there and Fred's arm is hanging there without a hand.
When Fred pulls the newspaper out of the barrel, Daphne says "Look at the story that's been circled" but when we see the newspaper, the story clearly hasn't been circled.
After Fred is rescued from the hook on the ceiling, his left hand is completely invisible for a few seconds and then reappears moments later.
The Air Force base has been abandoned for many years, but the dishwashing equipment in the mess hall is in perfect operating order.
When Fred, Daphnie, and Velma are about to go to the tower and meet Shaggy and Scooby, Fred notices the ghost trying to get there first. However, when we see the ghost running, he runs past the tower.
Shaggy sees Scooby's reflection in the window, but he doesn't see his own. Scooby was behind Shaggy, so Scooby shouldn't have been seen in the window at all.
After Fred removes the gag from Daphne's mouth and the screen turns to Velma we see Daphne is untied when we didn't see Fred or Velma untie her!
When Shaggy and Scooby go into the saloon to play cards, the sign says salon instead of saloon.
While in the boat, Scooby's collar turns yellow, but once on shore, it turns blue again.
Were Velma and Shaggy really suprised when the mummy got away after nailing one little piece of cloth to the floor? Velma is extremely smart and should have known that it wouldn't hold the mummy.
When Scooby sneaks up on the mummy to nail his bandage to the floor, he has a hammer, but no nails. He suddenly has three nails to pin the mummy to the floor just seconds later, which is not nearly enough time to go get nails and avoid the mummy, too!
When the gang lands in the pool, they don't get one drop of water on them, and there is no way the block of wood should have kept afloat and held their weight!
There is no way the mummy could have layed the amount of brick it had layed down in front of the doorway in the amount of time he had.
If the mummy was supposed to be so old, wouldn't the cloth have easily ripped when Scooby nailed it to the floor?
Just before the gang stop at the fortune teller, Fred's collar is white, but then when they go in, it's back to normal colour.
The message Daphne found about the jewels and King Tut was supposedly written in 1668 but how can someone in 1668 know about King Tut? King Tut's tomb was found and became well-known in 1922 almost 300 years later.
Velma doesn't seem the least bit interested in retrieving her lost pair of glasses, even though eye glasses can run pretty expensive!
When helping Daphne out of the dungeon with a rope, Scooby sees the Vampire and uses the rope to trip him by wrapping it around his feet, even though Shaggy still seems to be holding it to help Daphne out, even though there is no rope in his hands after Daphne is out. It seems that there was one rope, then two, then back to one rope once more!
