I wasn't really looking forward to this show, especially knowing it was a remake. This fact alone didn't help on the originality front ( even If I never seen or heard of about the original ). Nothing really struck me, and while the character are partially relatable, I wouldn't talk anyone into checking this show out. Especially this year I'm wondering why broadcast networks seem incapable of competing against cable, leaving them big chunks of the market share. I get it on broadcast network you cannot really push boundaries, but it's not like cable is filled with ground-breaking show. Anyway, the good in this show partially offset the bad, but I won't keep watching.moreless
