When Carla and Turk get into the back of the ambulance she says "Estoy loca por saber lo que me va a decir este hombre." which gets subtitled as "This better be good." A better translation would've been "I'm looking forward to hearing what this man is going to tell me." "This better be good." is the translation for "Mas vale que esto sea bueno."
Near the end of the episode, when Turk and Carla are talking about J.D. and Elliot in Spanish, not all the conversation was subtitled.
Carla: Now we can talk about people even when they are in the room.
Turk: (About J.D. and Elliot) Like them. I bet you that in five weeks they will be together again.
Carla: Do you think? Some people won't like it.

In this episode we see the return of the "Knife Wrench" an invention made by the Janitor, as first seen in My Fallen Idol.
We learn that Lady has a fear of the unknown and a fear of losing loved ones.
When turning to face the Mexican day laborers, J.D. is turning to his left, but in a different shot he is turning to his right.
Turk: I trusted you!
Dr. Cox: Well, that wasn't very smart, was it?
Dr. Kelso: (after Elliot and J.D. see him eating chocolate cake out of the bin) Don't look at me.
Worker's Supervisor: ¿Qué piensas de este lugar?
J.D.: I'm sorry, I don't speak Spanishita. Is that going to be a problem?
Turk: Como ellos. Te apuesto que en cinco semanas están juntos otra vez.
Carla: Tu crees? Alguna gente no lo gustare eso.
(See trivia section for translation)
Carla: Turk, I totally ruined Izzy's life.
Turk: Already? It's only eight thirty.
J.D.: What am I going to tell Emery. Did you hear the song we wrote? Nurse do you mind?
(Nurse opens door to Emery's room)
Emery: (Singing) Goin' to graduation. I'm goin' to graduation.
J.D.: It's called: I'm Going to Graduation, parentheses, The Graduation Song.
Turk: Thanks for watching Izzy for us tonight. (Whispering) Here's a list of things that I like to do for her that Carla doesn't know about. For example, I'm not allowed to bother Izzy at night. But, if she starts to cry, you crawl in her crib and sleep next to her.
Elliot: Yeah, I'm going to be doing that even if she's not crying.
Turk: Okay, here's the other thing. Carla doesn't want her to have any juice. But, if you let her sip from a juice box, she gets really, really happy and starts squeaking like R2-D2.
Elliot: Sugar juice equals happy squeaking. Got it.
Elliot: So, are you guys doing something special for your anniversary tonight?
Turk: You know what would be great?
Carla: Here we go.
Carla: Breakfast for dinner. He's obsessed with it.
Turk: I just don't see what wrong with having a nice glass of wine with a pancake.
J.D.: So Emery, your skin grafts are lookin' great. It should only be a few more weeks and we'll have you in physical therapy.
Emery: No, no. I, I have to be outta here by this Saturday.
J.D.: Why you gotta hhhh...
J.D.'s Thoughts: Careful. He's a burn victim. Don't say hot date.
J.D.: ...hot rendezvous?
J.D.'s Thoughts: Damn it!
Turk: You're the most amazing Mom I've ever seen. One tiny mistake can't ruin something that good.
Carla: That's the sweetest thing you ever said to me.
Turk: It is?
Carla: This is going to come back to you in a good way.
J.D.: What kind of a good way? In the boudoir, right? Up high! (Holds up hand for high five)
Turk: We're getting a little old to make such a big deal outta having sex.
Turk: I'm just playin', man.
J.D.: Thank goodness. When you said that I died a little inside.
Turk: Give up for me gettin' some!
Carla: (About Izzy getting kicked out of the playgroup) She won't have any friends, she's going to drop out off high school, she's going to start dating some gang banger who you're going to harass over and over again to get his life together, until he snaps and shoots you in the face. Oh my God!
Turk: Wow, you're bringing the crazy extra hard today huh?
