Mike finds himself with a free day (at least job wise). This gives him a choice between needed underwater work on his boat or joining his friend, Dick Talbot, on Catalina Island. While Mike chooses work over the blonds and fun, two men offer (at gun point) Mike a job he simply can't refuse. They want him to retrieve a sunken package, which Mike suspects is narcotics (heroin). Mike realizes once he gives them the "junk," they'll kill him. How can Mike save both the lives of hundreds (if not thousands) of Americans, as well as his own?
