I didnt think that the final of sea patrol was a very good final. they didnt really seam to care about bomer leaving much. Bomer was one of my favourites. I was sad to see her leave.

They need to make the seasons go for abit longer, they go so quick, i will be looking forward to next years season.

the actors did a great job in the final. ihope they bring a good actor in the show to replace bomer.

i keep having to wonder if the x and the captian will get together. im not sure, but i hope they do.moreless

    • Dutchy: 2Dads, come on, I need you to step it up, mate. We've gotta get these provisions off the dock ASAP.
2Dads: Fair go, Dutchy, I reckon I've got swine flu, mate.
Bomber: Worm flu, more like it. I told you not to eat that worm at the bottom of the bottle.

    • Kate: I've decided to transfer off the ship.
      Dutchy: What? Why?
Kate: Oh, bigger and better opportunities on a big ship.
Dutchy: What sort of opportunities are you looking for, professional or personal ones?

    • Maxine: I'm sorry for your loss, but now is the time for strength, Kate. You're Acting Commanding Officer of Hammersley.
Kate: I understand, ma'am. We are currently steaming for Cairns. We believe that Gorski is heading there with his shipment of drugs.
Maxine: All right. I'll put the port on alert. Now the Federal Police have been notified, we will do everything we can to catch this man. Lieutenant McGregor, you have a patrol to finish and a ship to bring in, you can do this.
Kate: (tearful) I don't know that I can.
Maxine: Oh, Mike Flynn obviously thought you were capable. He added your name to my list of candidate COs.
Kate: I'm sorry? He added my name?
Maxine: He rejected my list and he put your name right at the top. So, if Mike Flynn thinks you're CO material, who are you or I to doubt that?

    • Charge: You're starting to look like your old self again, sir.
Mike: Oh, I don't know if I'll be winning any beauty pageants, Charge. Don't know why I'd be entering any, but Bomber and Swain did a pretty good job of patching me up.
Bomber: One of the more enjoyable jobs I've had to do as second medic. I'm gonna miss you guys.
Mike: Not as much as we'll miss you. What do you think, Bird? This Navy life, is it all worth it?
Bird: Yeah, I reckon it's okay, sir.
Mike: Great. So, who has the ship?
      Kate: I do, sir.
Mike: Very good. Take us home, X.
