  • I thought this was a really good episode

    9.5
I really enjoyed this episode, it was a little different to some of the others as it was all happening on the Hammersley. I thought it was good to see E.T. a bit worried about Nikki. I thought it was also quite funny that the SAS just gave up and let them deal with the situation themselves. This episode just seemed to show how well they all work together and it was good seeing them all work well together. It was also funny seeing all the boys just standing around waiting not really knowing what to do. The gun fight was good as well, how did they manage not to damage anything there were bullets flying around everywhere?? you would think that on a real ship that would not be the best idea. Really good episode.moreless

  • TRIVIA (1)

    • Apparent Goof-

The mercenary's use of a hand held GPS is a critical plot point- but a hand held GPS would not be able to acquire satellites within the confines of a steel vessel and therefore would not be able to function. It is possible that there was some sort of a data link to an external antenna on the vessel topside, but another plot point had power cut off to the upper portion of the vessel.

  • QUOTES (3)

    • Zan: We're coming to the bridge, to take control of the ship.
      Mike: I can't allow that.
Zan: (grabbing Kate) I come up the ladder with your girl officer and a gun. You'll give me the bridge.
Mike: You come up the ladder with my officer and a gun, you'll be a dead man.

    • Zan: You will sail North, to New Guinea. I'll tell you where. When we get close in shore, we'll take a Zodiac. We'll also take both women officers with us.
Mike: Well, you know I can't agree to that.
Zan: If we do not have hostages, you blow us out of the water, correct? Correct?
Mike: Navy protocol would not let us do that. We have our rules, Zan, and you can take the Zodiac but you can't take my officers.
Zan: Okay. Then no medication. The sick girl will die, then others will die. So think again, and think fast.

    • (a gunshot is heard)
Zan: One more lie and the next time you hear that, your navigator is dead. Tell him. Tell him!
Nav: Boss, that one was into the bulkhead. He said the next one's for me and I believe him.
Zan: Now get this ship back on course for New Guinea. Do it now!
