He is refering to Sumerian texts, which you can read about in zachariah sitchin's book the 12th planet. Mardock Ea (i don't remember how to spell or prounounce that one) and Tiamat are planets that helped in the creation of Earth and our Moon and explain the unexplainable in our solar system. Edit
