  • Trivia

    • Noyce and Crocker are in the room when Bridger enters the ventilation duct, yet they are instantly outside at the news briefing when the shot changes. No time had passed, thus they couldn't have made it outside so fast.

    • Near the end of the episode, when Bridger uses the laser cutter to get into the room, there is a visible score line in front of his cut and it even sparks before the cutter reaches it.

    • When Darwin was out listening for Lucas' music, he has on his air tanks, but when he gets back into seaQuest to tell them that he has found the music, the tanks are gone.

    • Halfway through the episode, when Lucas gets up out of his seat, the reflection of the camera and crew is visible in it's back as it turns.

  • Quotes

    • Bridger: The day you skipped summer school and went to Woodstock. Dray picked you up while you were hitchhiking and you went together.
Noyce: Yeah, the last great rock concert.
Bridger: I wouldn't know, I was only eight. When it came to rock and roll I was always a U2 man, anyway.

    • Bridger: Look at me, Charlie Tuna, chauffer of the sea.

    • Dre: Now, what'll it take to get us there in time for dinner.
Bridger: About 2 million dollars, Madame Secretary.
Dre: Relax, I'll charge it off to the space program.

    • Bridger: The Confederations are having a summit meeting to discuss world policy.
      Lucas: Ohhhh.
      Dre: You don't wanna come?
Lucas: Well, it kinda sounds like going shopping with your parents.
Dre: Well, maybe you'd rather be doing that viral sweep of the mainframe?

    • Bridger: Put sonar on sound scan and program our whiskers to the high end frequency.
Ford: What are we listening for?
      Bridger: Rock and roll, Commander.

    • O'Neill: I've got something.
      Ford: What is it?
O'Neill: Uh, Jimi Hendrix's opening rift to Electric Lady Land.

  • Notes

    • When Bridger cuts a hole in the ceiling of the room that is filled with water, the thick piece of concrete has no rebar support, and floats.

  • Allusions

    • Bridger: They could watch Lawrence of Arabia.

This is a direct reference to the 1962 movie, that told the story of a British officer in Cairo in 1916, who is given leave to investigate the progress of the Arab revolt against the Turks in World War I.
