Jackie Chiles (played by Phil Morris)
Favourite moment - Describing Sue Ellen Mischke's actions as "lewd, lascivious, salacious, outrageous!" ("The Caddy, Season 7).

By far Jackie Chiles, he was great...who told you to put the balm on........he had some great lines. I liked the episode where he gets the phone call and finds out Kramer is involved and hangs up.

Say, between you guys and me, don't you think Bania is a little off the wall and maybe a little annoying?, (I don't hate him so don't flame me, please?)

Maybe if he appeared in more episodes than he did I could see him a bit annoying. Since he wasn't, I didn't think so at all.

If Newman counts, him for sure. The Newman-Jerry relationship is my personal favorite.

If he doesn't count, I'd say the soup nazi for obvious reasons

    In no specific order:

    1. Soup Nazi (Not the actual character. Just the concept of a Soup Nazi is funny to me.)

    2. Dave Puddy

    3. Carol (Ya gotta see the baby!)

    1. Newman
    2. Jackie Chiles
    3. Bookman - library cop.

The Doorman deserves an honorable mention.
