A group of friends and I celebrated Festivus for 4-5 years. Last year, the person in charge decided that Festivus had gotten old and we didnt celebrate it, we had a "normal" holiday party. This year, he is hosting soup cook-off/holiday party. the Prior year there was a Chili cook-off.

A friend and I have decided that we shall picket in front of his house at the beginning of the soup-off in protest of no Festivus celebration. There will be 2 of us for sure, I am going to try and get a few more people in on it but only a couple days before the event in an effort to keep it a suprise.

Any slogan suggestions? Anything else we should try to do besides the picket line? It is going to look ridiculous no matter what because it will be in front of a town house. We may try and incorporate some soup nazi type slogans in with our picketing. some of the slogan ideas are below.

Festivus Pole yes, Soup bowl no!

Spilled Soup for the rest of us!

    No Festivus for you

You can Tinsel your bowl, just not my pole
