Kinda hard to find if you ask me,

The two that I remember the most are:

When Jerry takes his keys back from Kramer in "The Keys"

When Elaine and Jerry almost quit being friends "The Mango".

    That is a tough one..
Porbably when Jerry was trying to blow off Uncle Leo because he was in a rush.

The only ones that come to mind are maybe in 'The Deal' when Elaines trying to tell Jerry how she feels and he actually isnt being a smart@ss and in the finale when they are walking to the jailcell before they do the whole "that button is in the wrong place" thing it sort of had a serious tone for a second. Its hard to find a serious moment in Seinfeld, even in the ones relating to death, so IDK. I do agree with the 'Jerry and Elaine not being friends' thing before Elaine offers sex and maybe Jerry taking Kramers keys back IDK Id have to see it again.
