I noticed in "The Butter Shave" the guy sitting next to Elaine on the airplane loses his accent.  When Elaine gets mad that Puddy is flirting with the woman sitting across from him,  Elaine says,  "This guy is an idiot he means nothing."  The guy than says, "I can hear you" and he has no accent.  All the other times he has an accent when he speaks.

Yeah, now that I think about it, you're right.  I can hear him saying it now.

I always wondered about that as well... But I can't imagine him saying it WITH the accent. I also have no idea how Puddy came to call him vegetable lasagna... I guess it might have been the meal he was having or something. Still, it's great to simply name a character something like that.

You're right, and later in the cab he didn't really have an accent either.

Nah i think you need to get ur "hearing accents" part of the brain checked, there's no difference.

Vegetable Lasange who had his apple juice stolen by Elaine also appears where and as what charactor..........????????????? in other episodes.
