I knpow Paul O'Neil, Danny Tartabull, Derek Jeter, and Keith Hernandez appeared on the show. Also, I'm pretty sure Yankee manager Buck Showalter did. Which other ones did?

I think that's about it. But Steinnbrennar doesn't go on the list.

Bernie Williams appeared on the show with Derek Jeter. He accused George of putting them in a Ramada.

Yes! and when George (that at the time stopped having sex and his mind was very clear) began teaching them how to hit homeruns, Derek Jeter tells him "we just won the World Series" and George says "in 6 games".

This might be splitting hairs, but former Mets pitcher Roger McDowell appeared on the show. He was in "The Boyfriend" episode as "the second spitter" in the bushes, and judging by his mullet, I'm pretty sure it was really him & tv.com credits him in the episode. And yeah Buck Showalter was on the show (cotton uniforms episode).
