I love this episode. George tries to postpone his wedding to Susan and, at first it doesn't take. It takes some of George's best work to get the postponement to finally take. The best moment is near the end when George finally finds a way to get a postponement. He cries. It's one of the funniest George scenes in the show. At the same time Elaine is still angry about George's engagement. This is a brilliant episode from front to back. Season Seven is one of the best seasons in the show's history. "The Postponement" is arguably the first classic episode of the season. "The Engagement" is great as well but this episode is slightly better, all because of George's attempts to postpone his wedding to Susan.
I recommend everyone to go out and pick up Season Seven, with this, "The Soup Nazi", "The Sponge", "The Rye", "The Caddy", "The Friars Club", "The Wig Master", "The Calzone", and "The Invitations", you're in a for a great season.
