Hmm... I don't know what my absolute favorite Sesame Street skit is, so I'll just list some of the ones that I do like:
NTV - A throwback to the classic days of MTV when they still played music videos. This skit featured Nick Normal and the Nick Matics singing about the Letter N.
Any of the Baby Tooth and the Funky Funk skits - I loved all of them. Seeing them dance is just too enjoyable to watch for me to list just one.
Baby Bear's bath song - I'm not so sure how many of your guys remember this one. Sadly it can't be seen on Youtube, I checked. I do have it taped off TV, but I don't have a capture device so I can't upload it. What happens in that skit is that Baby Bear is in his bathtub, thinking that he's away from Goldilocks to help him. He sings a "scrubby scrubby" song, and at the end, Goldlocks is found in the bathtub with a snorkel on.
I could go on and on about my favorite Sesame Street skits, but I'll stop here for now.
Do you remember a Sesame Street skit called Family Food? It was a really funny throwback of Family Feud and featured Guy Smiley as Richard Dawson. I loved the game show skits that Sesame Street had because they were hillarious,

Another one of my favorites would be Super Morphin' Mega Monsters. I'm a big fan of the original Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers, and I love how Sesame Street parodied the series. The stories to the series involves setting a lesson straight to other monsters. Weather it's sharing with others or not judging a monster by their color. The Super Morphin' Mega Monsters is one that I have very fond memories of.

As fans of The Closer my mother and I love the Sesame Street parody skit of The Closer and it's so hillarious and the Muppet character of Brenda is so cute and sounds to a T exactly like Kyra Sedwick. Have you seen this skit it's really cool?,

I like the segments with Lefty the salesman. When I watched the show as a little kid, I also liked the "T for Toes" segment. That skit was kind of a guilty pleasure to me. (If you're not familiar with the skit, you can view it on YouTube.)
