Who was your favorite Sesame Street character?

For me, it would have to be Snuffy.

    Oscar.
    Grover & the Count next.
    Pretty much ANYONE EXCEPT ELMO.
ELMO RUINED SESAME STREET.Anyone over 25 will agree his introduction was the downfall, now it's practically "the Elmo Show".

Count Von Count! But my wife LOVES Grover. Also I agree that it is noe "The Elmo Show." My nephew loves Elmo, and my wife and I are trying to get him hooked on Grover.

I know, Elmo has his own segment that takes up almost half the episode. The only other character that has his/her own segment is Oscar, and even that is pretty short.
