This episode was so amazing. I really enjoyed watching it. Miranda and Steve are finally back together... They accused Robert of messing with Steve's things. Samantha reunites with Richard Wright... It was almost like she could be cheating on Smith. It was so well written. I loved this whole episode. Carrie seems so excited about having Alexsandr as a lover, but then realizes that she is not ready for a lover. Everyone gave an amazing performance in this episode. The actors shined on screen. This episode was perfect, just like all the others. This episode, in my opinion, was a series classic.moreless

  • Painful to watch... in a good way.

I cried when I saw this episode. Samantha must have felt so lucky for having Smith in her life. I guess, leaving Richard was a right decision afterall.

Smith was such an ideal man - he\\\'s undeniably gorgeous, extremely thoughtful and has a genuine heart. What else would Sam ask for? I\\\'d say nothing more...

Miranda is one of my most favorite character in this show. That scene where she assumed that her ex-boyfriend Robert was obsessed about her was really funny. Well, it only teaches us never to assume anything if we don\\\'t want something to backfire on us.moreless

    • (trying to get into a party thrown by Richard)
Samantha: (pushing her way to the front) Smith Jerrod; we're on the list.
Check-in Person: OMG, Awesome! Love your hair! Let me just check you off the list.
(turns towards Samantha) And you are?
Richard: (appearing at the door) Samantha Jones.

    • Charlotte: When did it become fall?
Anthony: Somewhere between your ovaries and my boredom.

    • (Spraying fragrances to test them)
Charlotte: How about 'Pomegranate & Patchouli?'
Carrie: No, you need something classic; clean.
Miranda: With just a hint of neuroses.

    • (Samantha has just slept with Richard, and realizes what a huge mistake it was. She looks up from getting off the elevator and sees Smith sitting in a chair, waiting)
Smith: I just wanted to make sure you got home safe.
Samantha: I don't know what's wrong with me. (begins crying) I hate myself for doing this to you.
      Smith: It's okay...it's okay.
      (they embrace)
Carrie: (voiceover) Even in the dark, Smith could still see Samantha. And for the first time, she could see him.

    • (Samantha and Richard are trying to exit the party to head upstairs together; Smith catches them at the elevator banks)
Smith: Samantha! Hey, where you going?
Samantha: Richard was just going to show me one of his remodeled suites.
      Smith: Cool, can I come?
Samantha: No. No Smith, you can't. I mean, this has been fun, but where is it going?
Richard: (calling to Samantha from the elevator) Gorgeous?
Samantha: You go play with your friends, and I'll go play with mine.

    • Carrie: Yesterday I almost did it with him on a park bench...in front of children.
      Samantha: What stopped you?
      Carrie: Common decentcy.
      Samantha: Oh, that.

    • Samantha: Don't play "hard to get" with a man who's hard to get.
