Goof: When Carrie is in the hotel lobby talking to Alek and his daughter, the same woman passes behind Carrie three times, in the same direction.
In the final few seconds of the scene in Chanel between Charlotte and Anthony, Anthony says "I know some gays who got a Guatemalan kid and they, like, love it." The last part of the sentence was clearly changed and dubbed over. It looks like he originally said something like "...got a Guatemalan kid for a hundred bucks."
The music in the background when Carrie is eating alone in the restaurant was written by Mikhail Baryshnikov. It's called Carrie's Theme and was the same song that the character Aleksandr Petrovsky wrote for Carrie in the episode The Ick Factor.

Goof: When Miranda was getting frustrated with Steve on her honeymoon; he mentioned that he only got 4 days off work. This is wrong since Steve is the co-owner of a bar called "Scout" (named after his dog) with Aidan, opened in Season 4.
When Samantha and Smith's photo turns up in the magazine at the doctor's, Sam is covering her mouth. But when the photos were taken, she didn't cover her mouth.
