Goof: When Carrie is in the hotel lobby talking to Alek and his daughter, the same woman passes behind Carrie three times, in the same direction.

In the final few seconds of the scene in Chanel between Charlotte and Anthony, Anthony says "I know some gays who got a Guatemalan kid and they, like, love it." The last part of the sentence was clearly changed and dubbed over. It looks like he originally said something like "...got a Guatemalan kid for a hundred bucks."

The music in the background when Carrie is eating alone in the restaurant was written by Mikhail Baryshnikov. It's called Carrie's Theme and was the same song that the character Aleksandr Petrovsky wrote for Carrie in the episode The Ick Factor.

We finally find out that Mr. Big's real name is John when he calls Carrie and we see his name John flashing on her cell phone.

Carrie's white coat that she's wearing towards the end of the episode (when she's hugging her friends on her return to NYC) is ripped on the right shoulder.

When Samantha and Smith are changing after getting their hair dyed, Samantha takes off her jacket but then in the next view one side is back on and then she takes it off again.

When Big walks into the cafe for the meeting with the girls, his hair has a red tinge and it's parted on the right. In the next shot at the table, it's all dark and parted on the left, slightly farther away from mid scalp then the right part had been.

Trivia: When Brady is crying in the background, it is the exact same cry that many other shows uses for babies.

Goof: When Miranda and Steve are on their honeymoon, Steve is shown lying on his stomach on the bed getting ready to read a book. While talking to Miranda, he takes his glasses off, however in the next shot, taken from behind Steve, you can see that he has his glasses on.

Goof: When Miranda was getting frustrated with Steve on her honeymoon; he mentioned that he only got 4 days off work. This is wrong since Steve is the co-owner of a bar called "Scout" (named after his dog) with Aidan, opened in Season 4.

When Samantha and Smith's photo turns up in the magazine at the doctor's, Sam is covering her mouth. But when the photos were taken, she didn't cover her mouth.

Samantha picks up Carrie at her apartment in a cab for Miranda and Steve's wedding. Carrie is "a hundred blocks" out of Samantha's way, but the meter on the cab only reads $3.80.

The second time Carrie sleeps with Petrovsky, when she is laying in the bed her hair is curly but when she gets up it is straight.

Goof: The poo on Miranda's face disappears and reappears between scenes.

Goof: At Brady's birthday party, Samantha is wearing pantyhose. Yet when she lifts up her dress in the bathroom she is bare-legged.

In season 5 and most of season 6 Carrie has straight blonde hair, but in this episode her hair is dark with blonde highlights.

While she's having a picnic with Jeremy at the mental institution, Carrie's necklace's pendant keeps going up and down her cleavage when the camera changes angles.

When Samantha is leaving the resturant after talking to the child and his mother, she leaves all of her paperwork behind.

Harry meets Charlotte with a cocktail. When we see him from behind, his newspaper is under his right arm, but when the shot switches to the front, it is under his left.

In the New York Times announcement for Charlotte and Harry's wedding, it is written that she is a writer/editor for 'Fashions' magazine, her father is a doctor, her mother's nickname is Muffin and that she is a descendent of Samuel Huntington, who signed the Declaration of Independence.
