Although Miranda doesn't exactly catch Charlotte's bouquet, she is the next character to get married as per the superstition.
When the girls think about getting some pot they say that they can't remember the last time they smoked pot and imply that it was a very long time ago. Miranda says that she was probably wearing her skinny jeans. In fact they smoked pot in the episode "Hot Child in the City" in Season 3 and Miranda was wearing a skirt.
When Miranda comes into her office, she is wearing red circle earings. When she gets home, she has diamond dangles on. She could have changed, but it is unlikely.

At the purse party "Crazy" holds up a purse with shoes on it. When we see her from behind, you can clearly see that she's holding up a different purse. The on the shoe-purse the handles are hanging down, but on the other one they are standing straight up.
Goof: In the restaurant, Carrie is talking about how she could hear the M11 bus while having sex with Berger. The M11 travels along Columbus and Amsterdam Avenues, which is on the Upper West Side, while her apartment is on the Upper East Side.
This episode marks Jason Lewis's (the man who would become Smith Jared) first appearance as a struggling up-and-coming actor in the big city (New York). Interestingly, the actor also played Rob Andrews, an up-and-coming actor in the big city (Los Angeles), on "Beverly Hills 90210" episodes 199-202 in spring 1997.
When Miranda wipes her face while changing Brady, she accidentally wipes some poop on her face. Steve cleans it off but a little is left and he starts laughing at her. When she starts to chase him, she still has a little left, when she comes back around, her face is completely cleaned.
Samantha said her apartment number was 3F, but in Season 3's "The Big Time", after she moved to the Meat Packing District, she said it was 2D.

So she's actually applying the color, not trying to remove it! When the scene shifts to Carrie and back again to Samantha all the color on the tube is gone!
When the girls go to review book covers, the third book they pick up is called, "Shame, Shame go away". The picture on the cover is that of Michael Patrick King, executive producer of the show.
At the very beginning of this episode while waiting at the bar for her date, Carrie mentions that this is her first blind date in a decade. But in fact, in "The Freak Show" episode of Season 2, Carrie says that she is optimistic that all men are not freaks so she ventures out on three blind dates.
When Carrie asks Miranda if the baby nurse speaks, she tells her no. However, in a previous scene, Steve tells Miranda the baby nurse told him she sometimes gets sore from breast feeding. Someone who truly doesn't speak wouldn't offer such personal information.
Goof: One of the young sailors has a goatee. However, this is against Navy regulations.
This episode is based upon the New York City tradition of Fleet Week, when the US Navy docks in the city in the last week of May. The "big Navy party" that takes place is portrayed as well though sometimes there is more than one; and this is one of the many cultural icons defining New York City that is portrayed on the show.
