Fiona tries to organize a Thanksgiving dinner with the little money they have left after Monica spent the Squirrel Fund. Meanwhile, Frank tries to get Monica out of her depression and Steve finally reunites Estefania with her boyfriend Marco. Elsewhere, Lip prepares a tape for his son, but the delivery holds a surprise for him.

Frank discovers Ian and Mickey's relationship. Meanwhile, Jody and Sheila take care of Grammy who is dying. Lip wants to leave school and Fiona tells him about her plans to go back and get a GED.

Fiona walks into Steve and his new girlfriend Estefania on Jasmine's end-of-summer blowout. In the meantime, Frank tries to get rid of Grammy, while Fiona enjoys her company. Lip prepares a prenup for Jody and Karen.

Frank believes he should get Eddie Jackson's pension when Eddie's body is discovered. In the meantime, Lip makes a discovery about Karen and Jody, Veronica doubts Kev is faithful to her and Fiona goes to a high-class wedding with her sugar daddy.

After Sheila's recovery, Frank starts looking for a new sugar momma until he meets a bar patron named Dottie. Meanwhile, Fiona keeps trying to handle her mother duties, her job and love life, while Debbie keeps asking for her own room.

Fiona spends her summer with a new guy and bartending, while Debbie runs a daycare at their home. Meanwhile, Kevin realizes his extended weed-growing left him with a huge electrical bill and Frank borrows his youngest son Liam to help him pay a debt.
