    I keep trying this show occasionally, but I don't like it.
    Unethical prosecutors is not what I want to see.
    Bad enough he sleeps with the defense lawyer (like 20 years younger of course) so he can trick her into stealing her secrets (she seemed smarter than that.)
    but don't warrants have to be served before you can act on them? Seems like that WAS an illegal search of the car.
    If I was a judge I would've tossed that search & all they learned from it right out.

    In this day and age of the gov't using secret warrants and going outside the law, I do not like seeing a tv show that seems to condone this behavior.moreless

    Well written, beautifly exucuted- the series at it's best. However, i must admit i threw a pillow at the screen when Sebastian decided to sleep with opposing council Nicolette to find out how she was getting D.A. secrets. I am probably the only Jess/Stark shipper right now...

    i thought the episode started out SO good when Sebastian and Jessica were flirting over how Jess is up for re-election and she was only winning by 2% and Sebastian kept telling her she'd win, etc. I also really liked how Sebastian was up to reconciling with Julie and starting over with her. The ep. had some great father/daughter moments. And that Julie kept her promise of being clean- even when she went to a frat party.moreless
