  • Stalkerazzi :D

    9.2
Some of the things that this show does right appear in this episode. Woods quick wit and snappy one-liners just own the screentime.

Along with 'Stalkerazzi' is another superb one liner - 'A Knight in shining Armani' - classic.

As for the episode. A well-paced story of calculated murder to protect the killers income. There is a nice element to the victim's past that dispels any apathy we may have against the stereotypical nature of the Hollywood people. This brings a nice tint to the events that unfold on screen and allows the viewer to give a slight damn for the victim.

Locations arent that different, mainly stuck in the courtroom office with a few supposedly high roller residences from LA.

Ray Wise is just an excellent adversary in this episode. Up against Stark they do a convining job of battling each other to persuade the jury - something that doesnt always occur in these types of courtroom dramas. The scenes with the victims boyfriend are particularly good as are the scenes with the victims sister.

An emotional conclusion with a dose of sisterly irony turns a good story into a great episode.moreless
  • Good episode, but not the most exciting one.

I thought this was a great episode, but there wasn't much excitement to it. I think we all knew it was the step-dad who was behind the entire fiasco. None the less it was still a ood episode. Episodes of Shark just keep getting better and better. I was scolding Julie for taking that alcohol! It is pretty obvious she like Neal, a lot. And she told her dad she is a smart girl and knows right from wrong. If that is soooo true why did she take the alcohol?? I am very very very excited for next weeks episode of Shark, the judge one, looks so intense!moreless
  • Paparazzi, celebrity, death....Usual hollywood reality

    10
This was a great episode. Although, I think that Julie should have taking the job from the america's next top model recruit she met at the club. He seemed a bit sleazy at first, but then after they talked, he seemed legit. Julie totally can be a model in my opinion.
  • Two starlets, one murder, one messed up case!

    8.1
A 21-year old young up and coming actress is murdered

When her car runs off the highway. And that this

Car "accident" really wasn't at all. As she was also fighting with another Paris Hilton wannabe as this lead to both jealousy and murder. Meanwhile Julie is afraid that Shark wil find out about her secret relationship with Neal.
  • A tragic tale of celebrities and thier on going fight with the paparazzi and in this case leads to murder from a close suspect.

    7.9
"Shark" is one of the best shows that I watch on thursday nights but it won't be much longer with lame/boring stories like this one. Sure this episode had its usual twists and turns but the suspect is always the one closest to the victim, either step dad, dad, mom, or step mom, and in this case it was the stepdad in order to protect his investment. Parts of this storyline I got into but overall it was a bit dragging. The case and the judge seemed to be a tough one for Stark to overcome but in the end he wins, unlike the past couple of episodes. The only character to actually have any development in this episode would have to be Stark because he overcame his fear of Wayne going after his daughter, or didn't show it if he did, and he manage to get his "mojo" back and win the case at hand. This episode wasn't a bad episode in anyway but they could of used a better overall storyline then the whole stepfather killing his stepdaughter in order to protect is own investments and his career/reputation. With all things considered I give this episode a 7.9/10(average) for its lack of a better storyline, the sake of the case, and for the overall appeal it had on the audience. The episode had its ups along with its downs and that is why the rating balanced the way it does. Next weeks episode looks to be a great one and I can't wait, maybe it will get a higher rating but who knows.moreless
