- 4/13/11After 3 months of continuing to shed weight at home, the couples return to face the scale one last time. Previously eliminated couples weigh-in to win the iltimate honeymoon, while the final two couples square off in one last weigh-in to win the wedding of their dreams.
- On this episode of Shedding For The Wedding only three couples still remain. Tensions are running high and one of the couples is epically determined to beat another couple and get to the finale no matter what happens. A sudden injury puts one couple in possible trouble. Their maids of honor and best men surprise all the couples in emotional reunions. Then at the weigh in one couple triumphs and secures their place in the finale. The other two couples then have to face off in a tandem bike race elimination challenge. In the end only two couples remain. They now must head home for three months to continue their weight loss and then prepare to come back and compete in the finale to win the Dream Wedding.moreless
- 3/30/11It is makeover week on Shedding for the Wedding! All the competing couples receive head to toe makeovers and take part in professional photo shoots with People magazine. The couples are also taken to the famous Il Cielo restaurant in Beverly Hills where they get to choose their dream wedding menu. One couple gets suddenly sidelined by an injury. In the end the elimination challenge brings the two bottom couples to the edge of their limits and one couple is sent home out of the competition.moreless
- 3/23/11This week the five remaining couples choose invitations and table settings with the help of wedding coordinator Brian Worley, and to mix things up, trainers Jennifer Cohen and Nicky Holender take the couples to a pole dancing class.
- 3/16/11This week the couples join wedding coordinator Brian Worley to pick out their dream wedding rings.
- 3/9/11This week the couples get to choose their wedding flowers, but in order to win them they must power through a grueling wedding challenge on the beach.
- 3/2/11The couple work hard at the gym and must go to Jamaica's Cakes in Los Angeles to sample and select wedding cakes, but they can't taste any of them. The winners of this week will get their dream wedding cake.
