    • Shin: Holy crap, this tastes better than gum and paste combined.
Hisa: Thank you, dear, I'm so glad you liked it. Your mother helped.
Shin: I call B.S. If Mom helped, it would taste more like spiders wrapped in used toilet paper.
      Hiro: I agree.
Mitzi: (through teeth) Mom, would you pass me a steak knife?

    • Yoshi: So, are you enjoying your bath, Hima dear? You've been in here too long, your skin's so wrinkled.
Gin: That isn't Hima's wrinkled foot you're stroking with your soft, silky hands!
Shin: I'm missing TV for this?

    • Shin: You're an even funner driver than Mom.
Mitzi: I'm a safe driver, that S-Mart came out of nowhere!

    • Gin: Remember when we used to go on road trips and see how much beer we could drink before we needed to pull over?
Mitzi: Yeah, when I was pregnant with Shin.
      Shin: I wanna drink, too.
Gin: Yeah, give Shin a beer, he's old enough. I let you drink at his age, Hiro, and look how you turned out.
Yoshi: Everyone just shut up! Do you want me to crash this car?! It'd be fun for me, 'cause you'd all be dead!

    • Yoshi: I must be senile, Hiro; I thought I just saw your father.
Gin: Good to see you, too.
Yoshi: You're always showing up uninvited.
Gin: It's not crashing when it's your own son's wedding, dick.
Mitzi: Don't start a scene, Dad.
Hiro: Let's just calm down and not go over who put who in the hospital with which trauma, okay?
