Lisa gets a job at the school cafeteria. Tia is really embarassed by her, but everyone else seems to think that she is cool. At a basketball game, she serves some food to the players and Tamera. They all get sick and everyone thinks that she poisoned the team. Tia tells Lisa how much she doesn't like her working at school. Tamera finds out that it was the other team that poisoned them, not Lisa. Lisa got the job because Tia wanted a necklace so Lisa wanted to get it for her. Tia and Lisa resolve their problems.

This was a great episode! It was cool seeing Chaz Lamar Shepherd because he was a star on my favorite show, 7th Heaven. This episode gets a 9.5!moreless

    • Tia: What's going on?
Roger: It's a Lisa boycott, the team took a beating so nobody's eating.
Tia: Oh man, how long's this been going on?
Roger: Let's see, the cafeteria opened at 11:30, so basically since 11:30.

    • Lisa: (Tamara and the basketball team get sick) It's not my tunaballs, I know because I ate them myself...of course I may have built up a natural immunity to my own cooking.

    • Lisa: With this second job I can finally afford to do something.
Ray: What, you going to start paying rent?
Lisa: (laughs) That's a good one Ray, no I mean something important. (shows Ray a necklace) I got this for Tia, I'm saving it for her prom night. She saw it in the store window the other day and she wanted it, but she didn't ask for it because she knew she couldn't have it. I'm tired of telling her 'someday'.
      Ray: Can you afford this?
Lisa: No, not without this second job. So my feet can just swell up like banana boats.

Lisa parodies Aretha Franklin's hit song, "Respect (Just a little bit)."
