I wish a network would air reruns of Sisters. It was my favorite show from Day One. I was so sad when it went off the air and even more sad when I couldn't find it on reruns anywhere.

If anyone hears of it on TV please let me know!

How crazy that I just posted a message on the Another World forum you started and your screen name made me think of Sisters. SoapNet and Lifetime used to show it but they don't anymore. I needs to come out on DVD to.

I'm in the same boat as you too. I came across this show on Tv Norge, who were showing reruns until July. And now it suddenly stopped but I never got to see the beggining of the show. I was a little surprised that I found it under the Comedy section. I always thought it was more of a drama.

The show definetly shouldn't be under comedy. Much more soap/drama then anything.

I totally agree with that comment. I was shocked to see it under comedy.
As far as I know, in the US - no network airs this show. The Soap Network played reruns for approximately two years - 1998-2000, and have since dropped the series. I was lucky enough to record all the episodes on tape. Now in order to add onto the site I’ve been watching them.

Or you can see my site on www.tvhits.com. You’ll have to click on the “Sisters” link, I’m the editor. And as I review the episodes I add various things - like quotes or allusions.

Does anyone know if there are plans for the show to be on DVD. I would buy it right away. I only have the final episode on tape. I miss watching reruns!! I also wish they would do a reunion show!

I watched the show RELATED on The WB, which reminded me of Sisters. It is about 4 sisters living in NYC. They are younger than the others but the show is just as good!

And I didnt watch that show, but it must remind you of "Sisters" since you've only posted two comments & one of them was your comment.

I saw the preview for Related and it reminded me of Sisters, but it looked more comedy and less drama.

Agreed. And I’m also shocked that they list this under comedy, when Sisters is defiantly a drama, if not a soap opera. I’m one of the lucky ones that have all episodes on tape, but as far as I know, Holland is the only country that still has the reruns of the show in syndication.

I wish I had all the episodes on tape. Sisters was a drama not a comedy. I wish it would get recognized for the great show it was and come out on DVD.

Too bad there's nothing really to talk about for the show since it's currently not airing.

Do anyone remember the show? Like for maybe some questions or comments on things to think about?

What was your favorite storyline or episode?

I had many - I really liked the episode - Some Tuesday in July - it was so sad when Georgie broke down and dropped the cup of water and all the sister's hugged (when Evan was sick)

Many apologies for taking so long to get back to you! I just seems like this forum isn’t visited very much at all. And there are very few die hard fans out there.
If you would like to talk to me or ask a question you may get a prompter response if you send me a PM.

But I adored almost any episode that focused on Georgie or Teddy. Like, I loved the story line with Georgie and Dr. Caspian. Teddy & Falconer’s ill fated relationship.

I didn't like the Georgie and Dr. Caspian story at all. It was the one story that just made me mad. I guess it did bring some good storylines out of it, but I just didn't like how Georgie behaved during it. Weren't the actors married in real life or something? I think I read that somewhere.

I loved Teddy with Falconer. I was so upset he wasn't on the show longer, but they were a great couple. They had great chemistry together. And of course George Clooney was just so good looking as Falconer, well always, but I just loved him as Falconer.
