"Perfect"

"Liscense to Scoot" and "The Old Duck and the Sea" were the best episodes I've ever seen. Liscense to Scoot was the best because teaching Fred to ride a scooter was a funny episode idea. Because he keeps falling off and crashing! It also has some memorable quotes too. This one is my favourite:

Fred: Oh let's face it, penguins are lousy drivers.
Bill: No Fed, you're just scooter challenged!

LOL! It's my favourite episode out of all of them, and I love the storyline.

The Old Duck and the Sea was also an excellent episode. Bill trying to catch this large green bass that takes him ages, and wehn he does he doesn't wnat to hurt him so he sets him free. It's a lovely idea and it's cute that Bev kissed Bill in the end because "Ducks with bow ties don't lie!"

These eps are truly amazing and definitely deserve 10.moreless
