The children help track a meteor that lands in a nearby scrap-metal yard, and the race is on with some visiting students to locate and take possession of it.
(looking at photograph of meteor)Maggie: I remember, from where we were, it looked different. It wasn't under those two stars, it was higher. Like, up there and across that one.
Mike: Maggie, that's a photograph. The camera doesn't lie.
Maggie: I don't care. I saw it and it was different.
Susie: Hey, wait. Maggie was at the other end of the park. So it would've looked a bit different from there. Like how your left eye sees things a bit different from your right eye.
Mike: Maggie, exactly how well do you remember?
Maggie: Really, really well.
Nikki: Never play cards with her.
Susie: If Maggie can remember it clearly, we might still be able to find the meteor. Right?
Maggie: To the Batcave.
Edit
Susie: He's cute, isn't he?
Nikki: Who?
Susie: Who? Mike Masters.
Nikki: Beauty's in the eye of the beholder.
Susie: Yeah, and I know who he's looking at... you.
Nikki: Mike is an idiot. He hates science. All he cares about is horses and guitars.
Susie: If he hates science, what's he doing out here?
Nikki: Babysitting my little sister for me?
