Sleep On It

Sleep On It is a reality TV series developed by HGTV that follows families as they set out on their house hunt by utilizing that old adage, "try before you buy". With each family bringing down their choices to two, the potential buyers get to spend a night in their potential home sweet home. Narrated by Brian Davis, Sleep On It is a look at what happens to real families experiencing that real life dilemma of whether or not a house is right for them. Sometimes a house might not be what a buyer thinks it would be as the pipes drip, floorboards squeak, or the road traffic gets a little to noisy around dawn. Sleep On It is a way to experience the joys of being that house's owner without actually taking that leap. Learn some tricks and tips a potential buyer would need to know before buying the next house of their dreams. Sleep On It was inspired by the British reality series To Buy or Not to Buy.
