    Trivia, Notes, Quotes and Allusions

    FILTER BY TYPE

    • TRIVIA (3)

      • In the end sequence, Quinn goes into the house and comes out three seconds later. He then tells his friends that he told the housewife they were aliens. However, it takes him at least twice that long to repeat what he told the housewife, and that doesn't include the time to take the cassette out of the video camera. He wasn't in the house that long.

      • In the end sequence, a normal-sized woman with human-colored skin videotapes the sliders as they arrive. However, when Quinn describes her a minute later, he says that she is "short, green, and moldy."

      • Nitpick: When Quinn knocks the CCTV camera off the wall, it can be seen that it was not attached to anything.

    • QUOTES (3)

      • Wade: Maybe we can still try for an appeal.
Arturo: Look, we've already been through this. Unless we can prove special circumstances -
        Wade
: You know, I think being a double from another dimension should qualify.

      • Rembrandt: I gotta tell you, that's what I love about Sliding. Each world's a new opportunity, a second chance to get your dream.

      • Arturo: This world is only interested in entertainment, they don't give a damn about the truth.
