NITPICK: When the guys go to court in Time's Arrow World the judge is called as "Judge Ramon Estevez", yet the name plate says "Hon. J. Estevez".
Nitpick: When the group leaves Mexico World, they land in an area with mud on the ground, but none of them are muddy.
Goof: When Dennis is talking about getting a greencard, an officer de-holsters his gun, and the blue light from the vortex shining can be seen. However, Quinn hasn't activated the timer yet.
When they first enter the new world, the Seattle space needle is behind them.
Nitpick: Wade mentions a medical bracelet around the man's wrist, but he isn't wearing one.
Trivia: The questioning hall in this episode is the same one they were questioned in on Communist Earth, only back there it wasn't so empty.
Nitpick: When Quinn is leaving to slide, the position of the vortex keeps moving from where he is supposedly walking. At one point, it even gets behind him as he starts walking forward.
Goof: When the group prepares to slide from "Attorney World", Quinn drops his newspaper. When they slide, he hands the very same paper he just dropped to the attorney.
When they enter for the initial slide it is dark outside, after they land it's day. When Derek Bond introduces himself he is saying "I've experienced this night a thousand times..." Then as the group is walking away Wade says "I was dreaming about him whenI woke up for the slide tonight" while behind them it is apparently still day.
Trivia: The police's symbol on Psychic Earth's US is a pentagram.
Nitpick: Rembrandt states that he thought Quinn's basement would be bigger. However, he's already seen Quinn's basement in "Eggheads".
When the sliders enter the bar to avoid the police, you can hear sounds from the Classic Pac-Man in the room. However, the only video game being played is a type of card game.
Trivia: The footage of the car pulling up at the computer store is reused from the pilot episode.
Nitpick: Rosie states that the therapy session for the ladies starts at 3:00. However, when the session begins, it is pitch black outside.
Goof: When Arturo hits the button to slide out at the end, the vortex opens, but the beams that shoot out of the timer come after the vortex opens.
Nitpick: Quinn entered the vortex in a yellow raincoat, and is still wearing it on the other side, when he is in the astral plane. Once he realizes what has happened, however, the rest of the episode shows him wearing a dark jacket.
Trivia: Rhys-Davies refused to be filmed with his shirt off (for personal reasons), so the steamroom scene was shot with him completely covered.
The Witch Doctor's office: When Arturo and Wade are reading the certificates, nearly every frame is crooked or skewed.
In the scene where Wade is identifying the eye chart as being the witch's alphabet, she mentions that her friend's name was Sabrina, which happens to be Wade's name in real life.
Nitpick: When Arturo is leaning on Quinn's tombstone, the stone wobbles several times, even though it is fused onto a thick, stone base.
