Nitpick: Quinn entered the vortex in a yellow raincoat, and is still wearing it on the other side, when he is in the astral plane. Once he realizes what has happened, however, the rest of the episode shows him wearing a dark jacket.
Trivia: Rhys-Davies refused to be filmed with his shirt off (for personal reasons), so the steamroom scene was shot with him completely covered.
The Witch Doctor's office: When Arturo and Wade are reading the certificates, nearly every frame is crooked or skewed.
In the scene where Wade is identifying the eye chart as being the witch's alphabet, she mentions that her friend's name was Sabrina, which happens to be Wade's name in real life.
Nitpick: When Arturo is leaning on Quinn's tombstone, the stone wobbles several times, even though it is fused onto a thick, stone base.
Nitpick: Although there are strong winds before the first jump, only the leaves near Quinn and Wade are flowing in the wind. The leaves in the wheelbarrow and further away are still.
Nitpick: In the tent on the opening world, Quinn clutches his right shoulder. Later in the episode he is clutching his left shoulder.
Nitpick: When Professor Arturo is examining the items on the witch doctor's wall, a boom mic appears at the bottom of the frame.
Nitpick: Quinn gets shot in the back on his way into the vortex; however, there's no bullet wound in his back when he exits the vortex.
Nitpick: When people first begin to notice Rembrandt as the group walks out of the courthouse, the Professor instructs the men to check their flies. They do, including Quinn who uses one hand to lift up his sweater to check, even though his hands are supposed to be cuffed behind him.
Nitpick: Quinn searches for the license plate on Jack's computer. He says he is searching by plate name, but he is actually doing it by last name.
Nitpick: When asked to make coffee, Quinn says that he doesn't like coffee. However, in "Summer of Love", he says he'll finish the equation after he gets some coffee.
Nitpick: When the group goes to slide out of "Woman World", the door behind Arturo keeps opening and closing at different takes.
Nitpick: The intro to Mindgame shows footage of the finals that they couldn't possibly have.
Nitpick: When UCAL are asked the question about pi, the answer is put on the board before Quinn actually says it.
Nitpick: Tile 27 was the first tile to be scored on in the game, but towards the end of the game, it is no longer lit.
Nitpick: After Quinn scores for the first time in the finals, they switch to Wade and Rembrandt talking. In the background, however, the scoreboard still says 00 to 00, and the tile on the other board is no longer lit.
This episode was aired out of order, Chronologically the end of the episode where the group witnesses a tidal wave coming in on San Francisco happened before the opening scene in Prince of Wails where they slid from a sky scraper of a flooded San Francisco. In that scene they are wearing the same outfits including Rembrandt's night shirt he was chased out of his alternate's wife's house with.
Nitpick: At the end of this episode, the sliders arrive on "Sunken world" wearing the clothes they left "60s world" in. In the episode "Prince of Wails", they land in "Britain world" wearing the same clothes. These two episodes were originally aired out of order, and are out of order on the DVD too.
Trivia: A cut scene from this episode explains why the timer functions as a countdown device and the danger of missing the slide. The scene was cut after "Fever" was moved ahead in the order by FOX and therefore no longer made sense.
