    I just try and aruge with the managers until they leave. Traditionally they only stay for like 18 months then leave for another store, right?

    Actually since we get paid the same no matter what we work, its actually more cost effective for us to do less work.

    and thats why i work in electronics. There are so many exits there, I can quick sneak out before I have to do work.
