I sometimes say that I am going to organize it so I can disappear for an hour or so.

Our assistant manager always comes to electronics when they need additional help in the store.

Thats weird. Whenever we need help the best we usually get is ICS. Once we got cashiers.

Not us. If we need someone to cover phones, jewelry, stationary, work the trucks, get carts, cashier, no matter what the job is, they call electronics first.

Whats even worse is that we will have 3 people in the department and we have to give out our own breaks and lunches but places like photo will have 4 people and they won't have to cover anything.

What really gets us upset is that they get mad when they have to cover us for 5 minutes because we got sent to another department.

I know, what was I thinking? Having a department with more people in a smaller area that has fewer customers cover other areas of the store? With crazy ideas like that, no wonder we aren't management.
