The only time I go that slow is when someone is in front of me and they are driving that speed.

Sad thing is that the people that drive the slowest are the ones that get in an accident.

I wonder if thats because they are often driving slow in front of people with big pickup trucks and they bump them into a ditch or something.

I once saw a car upside down in a ditch on the interstate. I thought that was amazing because I was going 15 mph!

My question was if the road is straight and we are going 15 mph, how can a car flip over? I could understand if it was on some back road and the road banked, but the interstate?

Its natural selection. Everyone knows they are useless so they get promoted so all they have to do is sit behind a desk.

You can't have them do actual work because that might cause them to create a gigantic screw up.

Thats because its managerial to make mistakes, ignore them, and hope someone else cleans them up.
