  • My favorite Small Wonder season 3 episode!

    10
Safety First, most definitely turned out to be my favorite episode from Small Wonder's third season. I really loved seein' Vicki do multi-tasking, which was really cute! Also, the play that Jamie and Reggie had to put on for school was really funny. I especially liked it when Harriet did her part in the play as baby Shirley! I also like the part where Vicki thought that mouth-to-mouth was called kissin'! I loved this episode!moreless

    • Joan: Alright class, quiet down. Class? (Whistles) Alright, that's better. Now today we are going to discuss accidents, safety and first aid. And not only to prevent them but what to do in case you have one. How does that sound?
      Jamie: Boring!
Joan: Oh Jamie, you wouldn't think it was boring if someone you knew was choking and you were able to save their life with the heimlich maneuver.
Reggie: What kind of maneuver Mrs. Lawson?
      Joan: Heimlich.
      Reggie: Geshundheit.
Joan: I guess I walked right into that one. Now, who can tell me what this is called? (Pointing to a picture of mouth to mouth on a safety chart)
Vicki: It's called kissing. (Gives a squeaky kiss)
Joan: No, it's called CPR, cardio pulmonary resuscitation. It brings people back to life.
Jamie: Kissing can do that too!

    • Joan: Vicki! What're you doing with that feather duster tied to your back?
Vicki: (turns off vacuum cleaner) I'm doing multitasking. I'm programmed to do four different things at once. This is two of them: vacuuming and dusting.
Joan: How very clever. What're the other two things?
Vicki: I can tap-dance and sing while vacuuming and dusting. (starts singing "When the Saints Go Marching In")
