- 4/3/06Convinced that speaking a foreign language is the way to find a female companion, Rich tries out his theory with a variety of tongues. Eventually he strikes it lucky with a girl who speaks a unique dialect similar to that of a chimpanzee. After a whirlwind romance they decide to tie the knot. However, Matt can't let the wedding go ahead for fear of her getting her hands on Rich's royalty cheques.moreless
- 3/27/06Rich finally appears to be doing better attracting beautiful ladies, but it seems Matt is determined to steal each one from under his nose. Meanwhile, both Matt and Rich are invited to appear on Mastermind, briefly and accidentally become commentators for the British Open golf championship, and cause Elton John to have a fatal heart attack. Rich proves equally deadly when he takes control in an operating theatre, and Matt is having nightmares about all the executions he's carried out in the course of his career as hangman.moreless
- 3/20/06By pure coincidence both Matt and Rich's brothers come to visit on the same day. Matt's finds it a complete hassle having to look after his brother, who is 80% deaf. Rich has it even worse with his brother who is an uncouth violent lout who Rich has vowed never to speak to again. What's more it seems Rich's brother has only traveled from the U.S. to kill him. At least this makes a change from it being Matt wanting to kill him though.moreless
- 3/13/06Rich has so far managed to avoid being murdered by Matt, but puts himself seriously at risk by ruining the punchline of every joke Matt tries to tell. Matt hopes it will be third time lucky attempting to pick up the silver cowboy boots he ordered from the boutique, but his day goes from bad to worse when he receives not the boots, but a severe beating with a cricket bat. Meanwhile Rich is panicking after leaving someone's dog in the boot of his car for two weeks. The only solution is to go and see Sir Charles in 1888 and see what he prescribes.moreless
- 3/6/06After finding Matt's diary, Rich reads out some extremely embarrassing excerpts in front of the regulars at the gentlemen's club. If Matt didn't have any murderous intentions towards Rich before, he does now. If that weren't bad enough, he angers Matt further with a series blunders including ordering a jukebox for the club in Matt's name and forgetting the white hood needed for a hanging.
Matt has further trouble in the boutique, and Rich takes another visit to 1888 to blow off some steam.moreless - 2/27/06When Rich receives a $1000 royalty cheque from his late mother's estate, Matt cheats the money out of him playing darts, and is determined to find out exactly who Rich's mother was. Meanwhile, after being directed by Matt through the wrong door in the gentlemen's club they frequent, Rich ends up in 1888 talking to Matt's great-great-uncle. To Rich this seems like the perfect opportunity to get something of his chest, and luckily Matt's ancestor, Sir Charles Berry, has the perfect cure for Rich's troubles.
Also, Rich makes a series of faux pas whilst on dates, Matt has a violent encounter in a boutique, and Rich begins to suspect Matt wants to murder him.moreless
